Eye Protection

Ammonia has a high affinity for water and the eyes are made mostly of water; therefore, eye protection is required to be worn wherever a danger exists of liquid or vapor escaping and endangering the eyes.

Face Protection

Face shields provide facial protection from a splash exposure. It is to be worn wherever a danger exists of liquid or vapor escaping and endangering the face. For Optimal Protection, the face shield should be worn with chemical goggles.
